Imagine operating with the belief or feeling that you are too much, that in order to be welcomed into spaces you have to leave certain parts of your identity at the door.

Unfortunately most folks don’t have to imagine it, they can resonate with “ being too much”, “having to choose”, “being performative”, or “compartmentalizing” themselves  in order to be “welcomed” into space.

What I know to be true is once we let go of those limiting beliefs and fully step into all that we are, our purpose becomes clearer and we have the ability to create the changes we deeply desire, in both our professional and personal lives.

A Guide To My Offerings

Coaching

Whether you are new or have years of experience as a supervisor or leader, I understand the importance of having a coach to help us achieve our optimal best in the workplace and/or our personal lives. I listen to your needs, conduct an assessment with you, your team, and your supervisor to co-create a customized coaching plan just for you!

For personal coaching, it’s similar, but instead of conducting an assessment with your team and supervisor, I hear from your loved ones and then build a custom coaching plan for you.

If you are Black or a Person of Color and/or a first time supervisor and are looking for support in specific areas such as professional development, advocacy in the workplace, and exit strategies, then my Coaching Offering may be right for you.

If you are a white person who wants to better understand white supremacy culture and your role in it, and leave our sessions with tangible and actionable steps then my Coaching Offering may be right for you. 

Organizational Development

This service is for organizations who want to evaluate their mission, values, strategies, and the office culture to make sure they are in alignment with each other. If there is a misalignment, we co-create a plan to shift and achieve the desired outcomes.

If you are looking to move your vision from ideation into materialization with someone who will hold your process and keep you accountable to your goals and values, my Organizational Development offering may be right for you. Perfect for small groups, folks just beginning a project, or organization/people particularly interested in alignment and growth. 

Facilitation

Looking for a training that allows you and your team to dig deeper into Social Justice? Well, look no further. My trainings allows for individuals, organizations, and funders, to dig deep and examine what it means to be “doing the work”, incorporate integration, and letting go of behaviors that are antithetical to the work.

If you are looking for a targeted facilitated meeting or workshop in a short term or one-off capacity my Facilitation Offering may be right for you too.
